Belmont High School addresses the Jennifer Solis angle on Smackdown to students

Belmont High School has issued the following statement in regards to the Main Event angle that involved Jennifer Solis from last week's LIVE episode of Smackdown:

"Dear Parents and Students of the Belmont High School Family,

The Los Angeles Wrestling Academy is conducting their contractual obligations by giving the Belmont High School Family a chance to have their live televised shows in the campus. The Los Angeles Wrestling Academy held their LIVE Smackdown television show last Wednesday and some of our own students and Alumni were on this show, which include their current champion, our own Brian Larios and Jennifer Solis. They are also under contract to them and this is why this statement is being sent home.

Jennifer Solis was involved in a Tag Team No Disqualification Match with her boyfriend Yusei Fudo as the babyface heroes, defending their Tag Team Wrestling Championship against the villainous heels, Chazz Princeton and Alexis Rhodes. In this Main Event, there was an angle that was shot for entertainment purposes, but it went a little too far when there was interference by WWE Superstars Triple H (Real Name Paul Michael Levesque), Stephanie McMahon, Seth Rollins (Colby Lopez), Big Show (Paul Wightl, Kane (Glenn Jacobs), Jamie Noble, and Joseph Mercury.

In this angle, Levesque attacked Jennifer Solis with a foreign object known as a sledgehammer, to her stomach, causing Yusei Fudo and Jennifer Solis to lose their Los Angeles Wrestling Academy Tag Team Championship to the heel team. At the time of the show, the Los Angeles Wrestling Academy Staff nor the Belmont High School Staff knew this was going to happen before the show even started, neither each staff knew that Jennifer Solis was walking in to a sanctioned wrestling contest with a very early stage of pregnancy until the show-closing angle, where she cluthched her stomach and was transported to a local medical facility after the show went off the air.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Jennifer Solis and we wish her a speedy recovery and expect her back in school and in the wrestling ring soon, and we will continue to provide the Los Angeles Wrestling Academy our large gymnasium for their live television shows for the next three weeks before our annual Spring Break at the end of the month."
